Weather Delays
Jobs may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen conditions. We’ll notify you as soon as possible if that happens.

Materials
Once materials are ordered, the customer is responsible for all material costs.

Color Selection
Color choices are the customer’s responsibility. We’re happy to help—please call us for guidance before materials are ordered.

Change Orders
Any changes to the original scope of work may result in additional costs and must be approved before work continues.

Hidden Conditions
We are not responsible for unforeseen conditions such as rotten fascia, hidden structural issues, or prior improper installations. Any additional work will be quoted separately.

Permits & Inspections
Permit requirements vary by location and are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Property Conditions
We are not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, landscaping, or items not disclosed prior to installation.

Warranty Limitations
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials. Our workmanship warranty covers installation only and excludes damage caused by weather events, misuse, or modifications by others.

Photography & Documentation
Photos may be taken before, during, and after the job for documentation, warranty, and quality control purposes.
